Work With Me
Why I Do This Work
For much of my life, I believed that growing up meant leaving the past behind.
Like many people, I focused on moving forward. I worked hard, cared for others, stayed busy, and built a meaningful life. I believed that if I kept going, the challenges of the past would eventually lose their influence.
And for a while, that seemed true.
Over time, however, I began to notice patterns that didn’t make sense. Despite my efforts, I found myself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from myself, and reacting in ways I didn’t fully understand. What I eventually realized was that the strategies that had helped me navigate earlier experiences were still shaping how I responded to stress, relationships, and life.
That realization changed everything.
Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” I became curious about how my experiences had shaped me and how my nervous system had learned to adapt. The more I understood about attachment, development, the body, and survival patterns, the more compassion I found for myself.
What began as a personal journey became a lifelong passion.
Again and again, I have witnessed what happens when people begin to see themselves through a lens of curiosity rather than judgment.
Something begins to soften.
New possibilities emerge.
People develop a clearer, more compassionate, and developmentally mature understanding of who they are and how they came to be that way.
And that changes everything.
This is why I do this work.
